DeliDrop is a specialty food retailer, built around a passion for great food, Danish entrepreneurship, and the belief that the best producers deserve a proper stage.
From their first FoodLab at Torvehallerne in Copenhagen in 2021, to their online store and a brand new space at Markedshallen Nicolinehus in Aarhus last June, they’ve grown into a thriving hub of local, artisan products.
But DeliDrop isn't just a shop, it's a carefully curated food community for taste enthusiasts and quality-conscious consumers. We asked co-founder Inge Müller what exactly she's looking for when she stocks something new:
"The product has to be innovative and taste good, of course. We prefer a sharp innovative visual look as well."
As for how Good Sodas™ ended up part of the family, we wanted to know if we seemed like a natural fit for DeliDrop's shelves:
"Yes indeed, a natural fit! Good Sodas™ is quite innovative and trendy, as you're using fermentation to create an extraordinary good taste while keeping the sugar level low. Fermentation in production is also quite trendy. Plus, the visual look of the cans is quite strong."
Good Sodas™ was made to be shared — at bars, at dinner parties, at festivals, wherever good people gather. We care about real, organic ingredients, natural fermentation, and drinks with depth of flavour. And watching a small Danish brand find its people through DeliDrop's stores is something Inge feels deeply:
"It makes me proud to be a small part of the journey of the entrepreneurs in these small Danish brands. It is a lot of hard work, both for the entrepreneur but also for our team, and so seeing it pay off is doubly rewarding."
