Want to make some changes? You’re in control!

 

You can easily update your subscription details, such as delivery schedule, product selection, quantity of items and shipping information. Simply click the magic link in your subscription email, or log into your account on our website to manage your subscription directly in the “Manage Subscriptions” section.

 

Can’t find your magic link, or do you need a hand? Contact us, and we’ll send you a new link to access your customer portal.

 

 

Pause or resume your subscription

Need to take a break? You can pause your subscription any time.

 

Simply head to your customer portal and click the "Pause my subscription" button below the payment method section. Alternatively, reach out to us, and we’ll help pause it for you.

 

When you’re ready to get back to it, resuming your subscription is just as easy. Click "Resume my subscription" and you’re back on track.

 

 

Cancel your subscription

e’d be sad to see you go, but if you need to cancel your subscription, it’s easy to do whenever you need to.

 

Simply log into your customer portal and click the "Cancel my subscription" button below the payment method section.

When will the Subsribe and Save order be delivered?

Typically, you’ll receive your Good Sodas® order within 2-5 business days of the charge date. However, delivery times depend on the country we’re shipping to. Currently, we deliver to 24 countries, with more on the way. Stay tuned for updates!

What are the payment options?
